In this 18-month contract position, you will educate and motivate store teams on Clarins products, ensuring they meet sales and customer service expectations. You will be responsible for planning and executing training sessions that enhance product knowledge and strengthen sales techniques. Your leadership will play a crucial part in developing staff capabilities and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee training programs for individual and store-wide teams
• Achieve retail sales goals for your designated territory
• Conduct business reviews to foster growth opportunities
• Engage in event planning to enhance brand visibility
• Recruit and support Beauty Experts in their roles
Requirements:
• Diploma in a related area
• Relevant retail experience in skincare and cosmetics
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be flexible to travel
