Responsibilities
Complete multi-layered training to develop product and selling skills
Present and educate customers on fit construction and style of products
Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
Build client relationships to drive loyalty through the brand program
Maintain attractive merchandise displays following visual guidelines
Ensure store standards and operations meet company expectations
Perform additional duties assigned by store leadership
Requirements
Previous experience in sales hospitality or service
Genuine interest in fashion and styling
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based culture
Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
Enthusiastic entrepreneurial attitude and confidence in personal style
