Position: Sales Manager Role

This full-time role reports to the Senior Director, Store Operations, overseeing the Greater Vancouver district. You will be responsible for hiring talent, training management, and ensuring product quality across stores. A strong emphasis is placed on sales results and safety standards in this managerial position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire and train management teams for optimal performance

• Conduct monthly store visits for compliance audits

• Analyze sales reports to set performance targets

• Enforce health and safety standards across stores

• Provide after-hours support to store operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in retail management

• Strong visual merchandising skills essential

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Excellent problem-solving abilities required

• Ability to travel for store visits and meetings
