Join Sherwin-Williams in Vancouver, BC as a Retail Store Associate focused on commercial paint customer service. Provide expert advice and meet client needs effectively.
As part of the retail team, you will engage with customers to determine their paint needs and offer tailored product recommendations. You will also help maintain high visual standards within the store while ensuring client satisfaction is always a priority.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent sales service for customer satisfaction
• Assist customers in person and on the phone
• Build productive relationships with commercial clients
• Process sales transactions following company policies
• Stock shelves and maintain presentable store areas
Requirements:
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs occasionally
• One year of experience in retail or customer service preferred
