Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be an essential contributor to the daily operations of Hermès’ Vancouver store.
Your role includes stock replenishment, maintaining neat displays, and ensuring that every product is in its rightful place. Your proactive approach aids sales specialists and enhances the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Replenish and organize stock across the store
• Ensure correct product placement at all times
• Maintain cleanliness on the sales floor
• Deliver stock from storage to the sales area
• Provide operational support to the team as necessary
Requirements:
• Retail or fast-paced environment experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized in a busy setting
• Capable of lifting and transporting merchandise
• Flexible availability for business needs
