Be a vital part of the Storeroom and Receiving team at Hyatt Regency Vancouver as a Part-Time Storeroom Attendant.
Your role will include managing packages and supplies with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Hyatt Regency Vancouver is hiring a dedicated individual to oversee storeroom operations, focusing on inventory management and package receiving. This position requires effective communication and organizational skills, as you'll be interacting with diverse individuals while maintaining efficient order handling and supply management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check in all incoming guests and product packages
• Manage all food and non-food deliveries
• Process shipping requests for guest packages
• Organize and rotate storeroom inventory effectively
• Create and log purchase orders as needed
Requirements:
• Must have excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably
• Organized and able to multitask under pressure
• Previous experience in receiving or purchasing is preferred
• Should be available for flexible shifts from morning to evening
