Position: Arc’teryx Store Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion floor leadership on the sales floor

• Guide product knowledge sharing among team members

• Mentor product guides to enhance their performance

• Oversee inventory processes for optimal sell-through

• Collaborate on community engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Leadership experience of at least one year in retail

• Passion for enriching customer service experiences

• Ability to provide real-time feedback and coaching

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Committed to promoting a culture of teamwork
