Step into a leadership role as an Operations Leader focused on Client Experience at Sephora Canada, 1045 Robson Street, Vancouver. You will enhance service delivery while leading training initiatives for beauty advisors.
This full-time role encompasses the management of operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a seamless client experience, developing the team, and maintaining an aesthetic store environment. Collaboration with brand representatives will also be a significant component of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations of the Beauty Studio and related departments
• Facilitate training for beauty advisors and operational staff
• Manage online reservations for organized client appointments
• Ensure merchandising concepts meet company standards
• Engage with store vendors to optimize brand training
Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in retail management
• Strong ability to communicate and motivate teams
• Proven success in creating high-performing retail environments
• Skills in organizing and maintaining store standards
• Physical ability to handle stock management tasks
