This position may assume responsibility for the store in the absence of another manager.

Supervise floor coverage and activities, including opening andclosingstore as scheduled.u202f
In partnership with the Store Manager, provide training and ongoing development of store staff in customer engagement and all company programs,policies and procedures.f
Support the Store Manager in achieving all financial and operationalobjectivesincluding expense control, Loss Prevention, store audits, and weekly reporting.u202f
Partner with the Store Manager on the implementation of visual merchandising directives andmaintainstandards consistent with company brand strategies; ensures merchandise onsellingfloor is replenished appropriately.u202f
Partner with the Store Manager to ensure compliance and adherence to policies and procedures, standards and practices, and company directives.u202f
