In this role, you will oversee the entire team of Client Advisors, driving exceptional client service while achieving sales and operational standards. Collaborate with the Visual Manager to ensure attractive merchandising and oversee logistics and inventory management. Your leadership will also extend to preparing business reports and developing events to enhance client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coach a team of Client Advisors
• Recruit, onboard, and train new staff members
• Drive sales and manage client relationships
• Partner with the Visual Manager on merchandising strategies
• Oversee logistics, POS operations, and inventory
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years in retail operations
• Degree or equivalent experience in business field
• Preference for luxury retail experience
• Proficiency in POS systems and software
• Strong problem-solving and coaching skills
