You’ll be accountable for achieving fiscal targets and developing training programs to enhance staff capabilities. Close collaboration with the District Manager will ensure clarity of objectives and effective execution of initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience

• Strong understanding of retail operations and financials

• Skilled in people management and coaching

• Exceptional communication in both English and French

• Availability for variable shifts including weekends
