In this pivotal role at Kith, you will direct all aspects of store management and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. Your leadership will be central to mentoring the team, managing retail operations, and collaborating effectively with other departments for product delivery and event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily store operations and staff development
• Drive customer service excellence across all staff levels
• Engage with HQ on business insights and operations
• Ensure smooth operations with inventory and payroll tracking
• Address and resolve any unresolved in-store issues
Requirements:
• 5+ years in high-volume retail management
• 4 years of retail operations experience
• 3 years leading a team of managers
• Strong proficiency in relevant software tools
• Highly organized with strong communication capabilities
