Drive exceptional service and sales as a Retail Supervisor age store operations while fostering a culture of teamwork and customer satisfaction.
As a Retail Supervisor, you will work closely with management to maintain high service standards and meet sales targets. Your leadership will ensure optimal training, scheduling, and merchandising practices, all while promoting a safe and welcoming environment. You'll need to adhere to company policies and drive performance in a fast-paced retail setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver consistent customer experiences aligned with brand values
• Achieve and surpass KPIs and profitability objectives
• Assist in the recruitment and training of retail staff
• Manage payroll and create effective service schedules
• Communicate merchandising needs to store management
Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ experience in retail with a focus on customer service
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales performance
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency with basic MS Office tools
• Physical capability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly
