• Oversee and mentor a team of Global Merchants

• Develop and implement global seasonal merchandising strategies

• Present seasonal product direction to key partners

• Collaborate on product designs and assortment architecture

• Ensure seasonal KPIs are met across global markets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Minimum 8 years of merchandising experience

• Strong leadership and coaching skills

• Proficient in Excel and merchandising software

• Excellent analytical and financial acumen
