The Merchandiser Lead will report to the Merchandising Supervisor and assist with new hire training and store merchandising coverage. Your keen eye for detail will ensure product displays meet company standards, while you support promotional set-ups and maintain organization within your work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Supervisor with training new hires

• Provide merchandising support in various stores

• Follow planograms for accurate merchandise display

• Ensure promotional setups are timely and correct

• Maintain a tidy and organized work area

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Proven time management skills

• Merchandising experience with Accelerate
360 products preferred

• Must have a reliable vehicle and access to technology
