Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model

• Educate guests on Aerie product details

• Introduce the AEO loyalty program to guests

• Flex between Sales floor, Cash, Fitting Room, and Stockroom

• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 16 years

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Passion for AE and Aerie products

• Strong communication skills to build rapport
