Location:
Vancouver, Canada | Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 CAD per hour.

- Coordinate day‑to‑day retail store and customer experience activities such as sales and customer service.
- Oversee retail store operations and consistently create a customer‑centric experience.
- Learn about Patagonia products, share passion for community and the environment, and encourage creative problem solving.
- Participate in the Activism program by using 18 Activism Hours to support community partners and inspire involvement.
- Maintain product and business knowledge, including technical aspects of core sports products, and integrate this knowledge into daily service.
- Support warehouse operations: process shipments, inventory, restock sales floor, assist with sale prep, product transfers, and donations.
- Maintain visual store standards by dressing mannequins, stocking floor, and other visual merchandising duties.
- Assist with Retail Marketing events and contribute ideas for community engagement.
- Participate in ongoing training and assist in training new employees to meet store goals.
- Apply security and loss‑prevention measures to prevent theft and handle safety situations.
- Ensure accuracy in all POS operations and uphold the Ironclad Guarantee and Worn Wear programs.
- Answer phones, support front‑ and back‑of‑house operations, and assist with in‑store repairs.
- Environmentally and socially aware; activism in community.

Stand or walk for extended periods; reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry products. Able to walk up and down stairs with boxes, perform store maintenance (sweep, vacuum, clean), lift up to 55 pounds, climb ladders as needed. Work shifts up to 8 hours per day.
ScheduleThe Vancouver store operates Monday–Saturday 10am‑7pm and Sunday 10am‑6pm. Shifts are 20–29 hours per week with open availability, at least one weekend day, and a Friday or Monday. Shift start and end may vary up to two hours before or after business hours.
