Retail Merchandiser

Job Overview

We’re looking for a part‑time Retail Merchandiser to serve the Vancouver City / Downtown, BC territory. This role is part of the national Marketsupport team and offers flexible scheduling, variety, and independent work.

• Travel to local retailers (primarily grocery, drug, and big box stores) to perform merchandising assignments for nationally recognized brands.
• Follow planograms, stock and straighten the point‑of‑sale area, build store displays, conduct retail audits, promote brand awareness, and sell additional displays.
• Plan and map out your territory based on deadlines and time‑efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail store managers, department heads, and staff, and with your Regional Supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.

• Available to work during business hours (Mon‑Fri, roughly 8amto6pm).
• Self‑driven, comfortable working alone, and a problem‑solver.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and able to meet all assigned deadlines.
• Able to manage a small local territory and complete all merchandising assignments within that area.
• Can map out efficient routing for store visits (up to 1hour drive from your home).
• Adaptable, not easily agitated by change, and likes to roll with the punches.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

• Access to an Android/iPhone or iPad/iPod Touch.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable automobile.
• Ability to lift 15lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Steel‑toe shoes or willingness to acquire them as required.
• Retail merchandising experience is a plus.

Competitive hourly wage plus mileage reimbursement where applicable. This is a non‑management, part‑time position.
