BKH Jerky LTD is seeking two permanent Meat Cutters. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be self-disciplined.

Your role will encompass clean meat preparation, pricing, and packaging, along with supervising and training new meat cutters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean meats prior to processing and cutting

• Cut, trim, and prepare standard meat cuts

• Weigh meats accurately for customer sales

• Supervise and train other butchers and meat cutters

• Package prepared meats for retail distribution

Requirements:

• Fluent English communication skills

• Accurate and dependable work ethic

• Flexible and organized approach to tasks

• Ability to work in cold environments

• Good judgment and initiative in daily operations
