Sephora Canada is seeking a dedicated full-time Team Lead for Operations at our BC-Oakridge Park location. In this role, you will support all operational processes, manage the inventory effectively, and maintain high visual merchandising standards. Your engagement on the sales floor will enhance client interactions and boost team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations in accordance with company standards

• Handle inventory management including shipping and returns

• Direct visual merchandising and oversee cleaning staff

• Develop and manage budget strategies for store operations

• Engage as Manager on Duty to support Beauty Advisors and clients

Requirements:

• Experience of 1-3 years in a similar operational role

• Ability to influence and provide constructive feedback

• Strong skills in store operations and time management

• Problem-solving skills that drive efficiency

• Thorough understanding of staffing and sales metrics
