Retail Customer Service Associate Position

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to ensure a superior shopping experience. In this role, you will assist customers, manage cash register transactions, and maintain store security. You'll also keep shelves stocked and help with receiving and unloading merchandise alongside cleaning responsibilities.

• Assist customers with inquiries and product recommendations

• Manage sales transactions at the cash register

• Maintain security of cash and company assets

• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise

• Ensure cleanliness throughout all store areas

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous retail or customer service experience highly preferred

• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents

• Must lift between 30 and 50 lbs. as needed

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required
