District Manager Trainee in Retail

• Build and maintain relationships with Owners and support teams

• Collaborate on health and safety and operational standards

• Aid stores in executing merchandising strategies

• Monitor labor targets to boost profitability

• Implement loss prevention initiatives and manage shrink

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in retail coaching and management

• Knowledge of store systems and operations management

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in MS Office and systems like SAP

• Experience in both union and nonunion environments
