Position: Part-Time Operations Consultant at Sephora
Enhance client experiences at Sephora as a Part-Time Operations Consultant in Vancouver, BC. Collaborate with your team to ensure stockroom organization and provide exceptional service.

In this role, you will partner with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom efficiency and merchandise organization. Experience in retail or client service, especially within a stockroom, is preferred. You'll contribute to upholding Sephora's merchandising concepts while effectively processing shipments and managing inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly and knowledgeable client service during store hours

• Assist in training fellow cashiers and consultants on POS systems

• Support cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone

• Process shipment receipts and maintain stockroom organization

• Communicate inventory issues promptly to the Operations Supervisor

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in retail/client service, ideally in stockroom roles

• Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment
