About Us:

The Herb Co. is a new independent cannabis retailer opening in Vancouver with a focus on quality, freshness, education, and craft cannabis. We are building a team that values strong customer service, product knowledge, accountability, and continuous growth.

As we prepare for launch, we are looking for a Supervisor / Keyholder to help support daily operations, lead by example, and grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily store operations and customer service.
• Open and close the store according to company procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, receiving, cycle counts, and stock organization.
• Ensure compliance with all provincial regulations and company policies.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Assist with merchandising and product displays.
• Help maintain a positive and professional store culture.
• Support management with reporting, inventory audits, and operational tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous cannabis retail experience preferred.
• Previous leadership, keyholder, or management experience considered an asset.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
