As a Manager, you’ll provide essential leadership to retail operations, including two thrift stores and the central distribution center. Your focus will include developing sales strategies, managing inventory, and fostering a positive work environment that supports those facing employment barriers. Ideal candidates are effective leaders with proven retail expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and team performance

• Track store performance through KPI analysis

• Develop and implement seasonal sales strategies

• Ensure stores remain organized and well-stocked

• Oversee all logistics and distribution center tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in retail or operations management

• Preferred degree in Business or Retail Management

• Ability to lead teams across various locations

• Experience with financial analysis and P&L management
