Sales Manager - McArthurGlen

Summary

The Sales Manager is a full-time luxury sales leader based at Mc Arthur Glen  Vancouver responsible for driving store sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and leading a high-performing team. This role oversees operational excellence, events and vendor relationships, and champions digital sales tools while coaching and developing associates to achieve KPIs and growth targets.

• Drive top-line sales and ensure KPIs and sales goals are consistently met or exceeded.
• Analyze sales and performance data to identify opportunities for client acquisition and retention.
• Manage store expenses (payroll, supplies, security) and optimize scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Lead customer experience initiatives and uphold relationship-based selling standards.
• Oversee planning and execution of trunk shows, events, and promotions with buying and marketing partners.
• Maintain health, safety, and loss prevention protocols and manage vendor relationships.
• Deliver ongoing training, onboarding, and coaching; run PK sessions and team huddles to reinforce selling principles.
• Recruit, develop, and retain sellers and coaches; set SMART goals, conduct assessments, and drive employee engagement.

• 4+ years of retail experience with senior leadership capacity in managing a store.
• Proven track record of improving sales-related KPIs and executing sales strategies through a team.
• Experience coaching, educating, and developing sales teams, including documented performance improvement.
• Availability to work standard retail hours, including opening/closing shifts, weekdays and weekends.
• Strong business acumen in luxury retail and experience across menswear departments (sportswear, footwear, accessories, tailored clothing).
