As a full-time or part-time Client Advisor, you play a crucial role in Kith's store operations. Your responsibilities include greeting customers, providing best-in-class service, and fostering client relationships through effective after-sale communication. Maintaining a visually appealing store while partnering with management to execute brand initiatives is also essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all Kith clients and customers

• Maintain client relationships with professional after-sale communication

• Showcase expertise in product knowledge and store strategies

• Collaborate with management on individual and business goals

• Help maintain cleanliness and operational accuracy

Requirements:

• Open schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• 3+ years in retail sales or customer service

• Experience in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods preferred

• Strong time management and multitasking skills

• Ability to lift and move 11.34 kg
