This role, based in Vancouver at our Broadway store, involves customer engagement and fast service. You'll help shoppers find products, endorse the Rewards program, and complete merchandise tasks. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with truck unloads and adhering to operational standards for a well-organized shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customers with product solutions and assistance
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience
• Educate customers about the Rewards program and VOC survey
• Assist with truck unloading and merchandise stocking
• Support shrink and safety initiatives in store
Requirements:
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand and move for long periods
• Strong lifting and carrying capabilities
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing preferred
• Positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service
