In this vital role, you will manage the inventory of firearms at Bass Pro Shops, ensuring thorough compliance with all federal firearm laws. Your responsibilities include organizing firearms across multiple departments and maintaining accurate sales documentation and transfers. You will also assist in training staff and ensure a safe shopping environment for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain organized and secure firearms displays
• Complete Firearm Sales documents accurately
• Control access to the Gun Vault and maintain security
• Ship and transfer firearms as requested
• Conduct monthly firearms audits and training sessions
Requirements:
• Experience in inventory control preferred
• Knowledge of firearms and related regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer and math skills required
