Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily management of store operations
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members
• Ensure high standards in visual merchandising

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, supervisory preferred
• Passionate about home décor and design
• Strong organizational skills
