As a Gun Vault Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the firearms inventory at Bass Pro Shops. You are responsible for controlling access to the Gun Vault, ensuring all federal transfer approvals are received, and maintaining accurate documentation for every firearm. This role includes organizing the firearms across multiple locations and conducting necessary audits to ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize firearms across multiple retail areas
• Ensure accuracy in all firearm documentation
• Control access and security of the Gun Vault
• Ship, transfer, and secure incoming firearms
• Assist in training associates and ensure safety
Requirements:
• Preferred experience in inventory management
• Prior knowledge of firearms regulations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Effective communication skills for customer interactions
• Math skills and basic computer knowledge required
