• Create, verify, and send purchase orders to brands and customers
• Enter and maintain product data and customer information across internal systems
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and credits with accuracy and in adherence to company policies
• Update order details to reflect brand changes
• Distribute weekly reports to support the sales team
• Perform stock reconciliation and process immediate orders from stock
• Maintain and update styles, orders, and PO details across systems
• Track, organize and prepare sample shipments to keep the showroom sales-ready

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers in person, by email, and by phone
• Problem solve general customer service inquiries
• Confirm and schedule showroom appointments by phone and email
• Create marketing materials and mass communications using Canva, Photoshop, or similar programs

• Adaptable and calm under pressure - you can pivot quickly and handle whatever the day throws at you
• 1-4 years of experience in the industry
• Strong numeracy and accuracy in data entry with high attention to detail - You catch errors before they become problems
• Medium to high proficiency in Excel (an assessment will be conducted)
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable - you follow through and close the loop
