Metro Vancouver area to join our growing team!
We currently have a great opportunity where you will be a strategic partner bridging between our Buying & Sales teams and our customers. Working at the store level with our customers, you, as our Field Sales Merchandiser, will help merchandise
Fresh Direct produce items, ensuring our products are displayed and replenished to optimize attraction and sales. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and will have strong communication skills and a solutions-driven focus.
- Following planograms, create visually appealing displays of diverse Fresh Direct produce items.
- Inspect incoming produce delivery for freshness, quality, and adherence to food safety standards, and proactively check inventory levels and place customer orders in a timely manner
- Assist customers with questions, provide information about products, and offer recommendations.
- Analyze sales data, trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth in the Produce department.
- Communicate and build relationships with customers and employees to ensure we exceed the customer’s expectations.

- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Must have reliable acess to a vehicle
- A minimum of 1-year solid hands-on experience working with fresh produce is ideal
- Effective interpersonal and relationship-building is key
- Able to lift a max of 30lbs
- Effective business writing skills and computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs
