Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model

• Share insights about AE and Aerie products

• Promote and explain the AEO loyalty program

• Adapt to store zones including Sales floor and Fitting Room

• Proactively resolve customer inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm for working with people

• Retail experience preferred

• Flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
