Join adidas' dynamic team as an Assistant Store Manager at the Brand Center on Robson. Drive performance, enhance customer loyalty, and lead your team to exceed sales goals in an engaging workplace.
As part of the adidas retail leadership team, you'll take on significant responsibilities in ensuring the store's success.
Your role will focus on inspiring and coaching team members, managing effective sales and service operations, and making strategic decisions based on performance data. You'll also maintain adherence to loss prevention policies while elevating customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• 18+ months experience in retail and 12+ months in management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong operational and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
