Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent service by managing transactions
• Accurately maintain cash drawer and registers
• Operate Customer Service Desk for inquiries and refunds
• Maintain Front End merchandise organization
• Coach and train junior staff in service practices
Requirements:
• Basic numeracy skills for transaction handling
• Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced setting
