We are currently looking for an in-store Tailorshop Supervisor. What You'll Do:
1. Tailoring Ensure finished product reflects HR quality and timing standards

Alter garments according to pin or chalk marks made by Fitter Performing special request services
2. Safety Maintain a clean, safe and fully supplied working area Clean equipment and surrounding area upon completion
3. Teamwork Promote positive working relationships

Respect the skill levels of all store contributors
4. Human Resources/ Leadership Schedule Tailoring Associates Maintain organizational structure in the Tailor Shop Initiate ways to increase shop efficiency
5. Administration Management of Tailor Shop Ensure the smooth operation of tailoring services

Manage rush orders
6. Workload Ensure appropriate distribution of workload

Understand and assess shop capacity and expectations Here’s what we are looking for:

At least 2 years of experience in leading a team of tailors/alterationists with a focus on ensuring deadlines are met and quality and productivity remain high so as to meet and exceed business goals.

Knowledge and expertise in altering and tailoring luxury menswear garments including jackets, pants, and shirts

Ability to use and maintain a variety of industrial sewing machines and pressers with 2-3 or more years of experience

Your focus on providing exceptional support and service, leading to customer satisfaction and loyaltyA goal achiever; working individually and as part of a team to achieve store success.

** Compensation for this role will be based on skills and experiences, with a starting rate of $30 per hours plus Bonuses.
