As a Visual Merchandiser, you will report to the Manager of Visual Merchandising, leading the creation of localized VM playbooks tailored to enhance customer engagement. Your work will include executing seasonal VM sets and contributing insights in North American product strategy meetings, focusing on maximizing brand recognition and performance across various store tiers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide input in key North American merchandising strategy meetings
• Create seasonal visual merchandising sets reflecting localized strategies
• Develop regional playbooks based on global concepts
• Offer styling direction aligned with global and e-commerce trends
• Deliver localized training content to store teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or visual communications
• 5-8 years of experience in visual merchandising
• Retail experience in apparel preferred
• Authorization to work in Canada
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
