Part Time Christmas Kettle Worker

As a Christmas Kettle Worker at The Salvation Army, you will work on a temporary basis for up to 20 hours per week.
Your role centers on overseeing the kettle, collecting donations, and effectively communicating the impact of the organization. Interpersonal skills are essential, along with a commitment to representing TSA positively in busy environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Remain at the kettle for full shifts to secure donations
• Collect cash, cheques, and Tip Tap donations securely
• Respond to donor inquiries regarding TSA programs
• Maintain a positive and professional appearance on duty
• Comply with TSA policies and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Completed High School or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift 9 to 12 kgs (20 – 25 lbs.)
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required
