Serve customers and process donations as a part-time Store Associate with The Salvation Army Thrift Store in West Vancouver, British Columbia. Cash handling and sorting skills matter.
The Salvation Army seeks a Store Associate for ongoing retail operations at its 1582 Marine Drive location. You will greet customers and donors, complete transactions, process merchandise, and support store presentation. The permanent part-time schedule may vary across weekdays and Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers and donors courteously
- Process, sort, price, and store donations
- Complete cash and debit transactions accurately
- Replenish sales-floor inventory and maintain displays
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe store areas
- Some completed high school coursework
- A few months' processing, distribution, or customer service experience
- Required cash handling and cash register experience
- Ability to lift or carry up to 29 pounds frequently
- Successful applicable screening and background checks
