Main activities:
Assume full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Senior Store Manager, ensuring continuity and operational excellence. Oversee daily operations and service routines, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with company standards. Support first-line managers in coordinating teams and resolving complex operational issues. Help drive sales performance and the customer experience as a direct liaison to the Senior Store Manager.
