About the Team

You will report to our Enterprise Franchise Sales Manager on our Franchise Team in our Enterprise organization. We expect this role to be hybrid, with some time in-office and some time remote.

About the Role

As a Franchise Account Executive for Door Dash you will lead conversations across products with the company's largest global partners, predominantly in French-speaking territories. The best candidates will be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Finally, you enjoy building – you like to experiment with new things to further develop our sales process in ways that we may not have explored before.

Bilingual preferred in French and English.

  • Own, develop, and refine the process to successfully partner with franchise owners across Door Dash Drive, Marketplace, and Marketing Products
  • Develop the strategy and execution for engaging our largest franchise owners
  • Manage the pipeline of franchise restaurants in all phases of our relationship; prospecting, closing, and growing
  • Manage the deal process with internal stakeholders to draft compelling proposals for restaurant franchisees
  • Partner closely with operational teams to document learnings from sales processes to help us build out a best-in-class product
  • Accelerate a highly organized sales cycle with the goal of closing new deals

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for sales commission. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within British Columbia.

$29.60—$42.32 CAD

The total on-target earnings (base + commissions) for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within British Columbia.

$37—$52.90 CAD
