Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking to hire an account management professional for our growing team in the lower mainland. The position is ideal for someone entrepreneurial who thrives in a fast-paced customer-centric environment, values the importance of health and wellness and exudes such on a day-to-day scale.
The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for fitness centre operations working along side with other members of the leadership team. Details below —
Generate sales via lead generation, network marketing and marketing effortsTake advantage of making sales via memberships, retail, private training or instructor trainingPlan and implement promotional events in the communityEnsure membership dues are Up To Date Supervise newer sales representativesMaintain an orderly fitness environment which suits the brandOther duties as assigned by ManagerRequirements:
Minimum of 1-year managing a fitness center OR 2 years in sales management in retail or service salesExcellent interpersonal skills | confident | energetic | friendlyHealth and wellness advocateSales hunter who does not easily give upStrong leadership skills – if successful, the position will transition into sales management within the following yearEnjoys using social media marketing to help with salesDouble – vaccinated on Covid preferredThe position pays a salary plus uncapped commissions based on fitness centres net revenue and number of memberships per month. Historical total income of other Fitness Sales Managers per year is between $75k to $85k per year. Remember, commissions are uncapped, you CAN definitely make more than this!
