Connex Global Communications Inc., operating as Phone Box, is a leading wireless service provider in North America, offering affordable and reliable 5G mobile plans tailored for students and travelers. Since 2011, Phone Box has grown rapidly across Canada and the United States, serving over 1,500 partners worldwide.

We are expanding our global reach and looking for a Sales & Business Development Representative. We are hiring multiple candidates for this role and are specifically looking for fluent speakers of Spanish, Mandarin, or German (you only need one of these languages).

As a Sales Executive, you will represent Phone Box in meetings, conferences, and events with potential and existing partners. This is a proactive, travel-heavy role best suited for someone who understands how to connect with international stakeholders and can confidently grow our brand presence in target markets.

• Attend meetings and events with business partners in education, travel, or telecom sectors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our partner network.
• Provide insights and feedback to the team based on partner interactions.
• Negotiate and manage service agreements and proposals.
• Support light digital marketing tasks (e.g., social media, partner communications).
• Travel frequently for in-person partner meetings and networking events.

• Business-level Spanish OR German OR Mandarin proficiency (only one required).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Outgoing, professional, and culturally aware communicator.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.
• Strong interest in or experience working with organizations in North America, Oceania, or Europe.
• Familiarity with international education or student mobility markets is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office.

• Prior work or education experience in North America, Oceania, Asia, or Europe.
• Familiarity with international study abroad trends or partner networks.
• Multilingual or intercultural communication skills.
• Experience in telecommunications, tech, or travel industries.
• Candidates with Canadian PR or those intending to apply for PR are highly preferred.

Salary Range: $3,200–$4,200/month (based on experience and qualifications)
