As Softchoice’s newest Commercial Development Account Executive (CDAE), you help businesses seize the enormous opportunities of digital transformation. You challenge customers out of their comfort zone, sustain and strengthen relationships, and position Softchoice as a trusted “go-to” strategic partner.
The CDAE is a direct quota carrier, managing an average of 15-20 accounts in an assigned territory. Responsibilities include overall account management, maintaining customer relationships, positively impacting Net Promoter Score (NPS), growing accounts, processing quotes and orders, and over delivering on customers’ expectations.
Our Customer Engagement Model is not a typical sales job. You lead with the customer at the forefront, providing value by helping them bridge business gaps, reach goals through technology, and view sales as a strategic partnership.
