• Create and lead the branch vision, ensuring portfolio and cross‑sale objectives are met.
• Plan schedules, administer timesheets, manage payroll, and handle administrative duties.
• Provide superior customer experiences in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Demonstrate empathy for customers, matching their needs to appropriate financial products.
• Maintain portfolio health by preserving account standing and preventing delinquency.
• Collect required information for customer applications with meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience in a leadership capacity overseeing varied functions, preferably in sales.
• Excellent communicator; people‑ and results‑oriented, adept at driving sales and customer satisfaction.
• Experience training and managing a small team.
• Computer‑savvy with rapid adaptation to new software.
• Ability to pass criminal, employment, and credit background checks.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada on a full‑time basis; sponsorship not available.
