- Create and lead the branch vision, ensuring portfolio and cross‑sale objectives are met.
- Plan schedules, administer timesheets, manage payroll, and handle administrative duties.
- Provide superior customer experiences in person, over the phone, and by email.
- Demonstrate empathy for customers, matching their needs to appropriate financial products.
- Maintain portfolio health by preserving account standing and preventing delinquency.
- Collect required information for customer applications with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in a leadership capacity overseeing varied functions, preferably in sales.
- Excellent communicator; people‑ and results‑oriented, adept at driving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Experience training and managing a small team.
- Computer‑savvy with rapid adaptation to new software.
- Ability to pass criminal, employment, and credit background checks.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada on a full‑time basis; sponsorship not available.
