Become an Account Executive with Canada Life and influence Group Benefits growth within BC. Cultivate strategic relationships and drive business development in Kelowna, Victoria, or Lower Mainland locations.
This role enables you to work closely with Benefit Advisors to develop and manage client relationships and business portfolios. Your expertise will contribute to meeting sales, retention, and persistency targets. Collaborate with a proactive team to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and adherence to policy renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop lasting relationships with Benefit Advisors
• Oversee the sales process from initial quote to renewal
• Tackle customer satisfaction and financial decision-making issues
• Support Benefit Advisors with key product knowledge
• Achieve targeted sales and retention rates annually
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in group insurance
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to travel with a valid driver’s license
• Advantageous to hold C.A.A.S., GBA, or CEBS designations
