In this position, you manage a collaborative group of SDRs dedicated to qualifying leads and enhancing sales strategies. Your hands-on leadership will influence the team's day-to-day execution while refining prospecting approaches and working alongside Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Requirements:
• 2+ years in a sales leadership role in B2B SaaS
• Track record of coaching SDR success and pipeline growth
• Proficient in managing inbound and outbound prospecting
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Comfortable with metrics and Salesforce tools
