As you report to the Director of Regional Operations, your mission will be to exceed sales quotas through diligent prospecting and business development. A minimum of three years outside sales experience is needed, with a strong emphasis on building lasting client relationships and thorough understanding of the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Surpass sales quotas set by the company
• Cultivate new business through planned prospecting
• Maintain a well-organized sales system and materials
• Provide timely reports for all sales activities
• Build strong relationships to increase sales volume
Requirements:
• 3+ years of outside sales in a service industry
• Pest management experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailed knowledge of the sales process
• Commitment to obtain a Pesticide Applicators License
