Inizio Engage Canada is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Virtual Territory Manager for a six-month contract, focused on enhancing client brand representation. This role requires robust communication with HCPs and stakeholders, aiming to promote product recommendations and improve overall client KPIs. You'll engage in strategic planning and maintain accurate reporting through the CRM system while fostering strong relationships across territories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage HCPs through outbound virtual and phone calls
• Implement approved selling strategies and tools for effective communication
• Conduct virtual educational sessions with target providers
• Exceed call activity expectations and meet business objectives
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required; science discipline preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English recommended
• Experience in sales or healthcare, with at least 1-2 years
• Proven results in a fast-growing environment
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
